Q. What does it cost?
A. It costs the school nothing to sign up and it only costs the users the cost of a local rate phone call, this is sometimes known as Pay As You Go Internet access. You can also have a free email account.

Q. It says around 1p a minute, but what are the actual calls costs?
A. Well it all depends on your phone provider, however the 1p a minute refers to weekend calls rates for BT and NTL. Business hours cost more. The best way to check is to ask your phone provider what they charge for 0845 local rate phone calls.

Q. Do I need any special equipment to use this?
A. You just need a computer with a modem and a phone line. All you need to then do is follow the set up instructions provided in the technical area.
